While doing the tourist thing at the Ferry Building in San Francisco, my sister got a cafe au lait from Bluebottle Coffee Company. Look how this little artistic touch transforms an otherwise ordinary cup of coffee:
Instantly so posh! I love it when people are so pro at their craft like this. I wonder how long the baristas there have practiced in order to turn out such fancy experiences for their customers.
